How to Convert Chaff Waste Into Fuel Pellets? The biomass pellet fuel produced by this project is a solid fuel produced by rice husk processing and extrusion. Rice Husk Biomass Pellets Construction Project
1. Project Construction Content
A Biomass Pellets Co., Ltd. of Yiyang City invested RMB 1 million to build a biomass pellet production line project with an annual output of 15,000 tons in Heshan District, Yiyang City, Hunan Province. The project covers an area of 2866m2. See Table 1-1 for details.

Yiyang Municipal Solid Waste Incineration Power Plant is located in Qingshan Village, Xielingang Town, Yiyang City, Hunan Province, with a total area of 60,000 square meters, or 90.0 mu. The total investment is 50.46 million yuan, and the service scope covers the main urban area of Yiyang City and some surrounding towns and towns and the eastern new district. The mechanical grate furnace incineration process is adopted, and two 400t/d waste treatment production lines are selected. |

6. Work System and Labor Quota
This project relies on the existing engineering labor quota, no more new employees, 5 production employees, one-shift system, each shift is 8 hours, and the annual work is 300 days. No board and lodging are provided.
7. Process Flow:
The production process of this project is relatively simple. All processes are physical processes. Pellet Machine: the rice husk in the raw material storage yard is transported to the Pellet Machine equipment through the sealed auger. The principle of the granulator is that the fine material is crushed and squeezed by rollers. It is deformed and extruded under high pressure into pellets without any additives.
(1) Raw materials
The raw materials of the project are transported by vehicles to the raw material storage yard for backup, and a certain amount of dust is generated during the raw material transportation.
(2) Pellet Machine
The rice husk raw materials of this project do not need to be crushed, and can directly enter the granule machine-made Pellet Machine. The raw material for biomass Pellet Machine is only rice husk without any additives. The Pellet Machine process generates dust and noise of the granulator.
(3) Packaging
The compressed biomass pellets generally have a temperature of 40-50°C, and they need to be cooled in the case of packaging. The pelletized product is transported to the finished product yard by a conveyor belt for natural cooling, and then packaged after cooling. The packaging process of this project is manual packaging .
The raw materials purchased in this project are all dried rice husks with a moisture content of about 8%. The project will no longer dry the raw materials. The formed biomass fuel is small in size, large in specificity, resistant to combustion, and convenient for storage and transportation.
