As the government phases out coal to replace more sustainable alternatives, the rise of biomass energy fills the void left by it. Biomass is made up of things that keep growing. Generally, this includes agricultural and forestry wastes such as straw, wood, branches, bark, and sawdust, which are all high-quality raw materials for biomass pelleting. Compared with other biomass energy technologies, biomass pellet technology is easier to achieve large-scale production and use, and its use convenience is the same as that of gas, fuel and other energy sources. The project has an annual output of 150,000 tons of straw, wood and biomass pellets, with a total investment of more than 2 million USD. The biomass straw pellet production line project has a total of about 17 employees. The production adopts a shift system. The annual working day is 300 days and the annual working time is 7,200 hours. 3. Product plan
After the completion of the project, it can achieve an annual output of 60,000 tons of biomass pellets and an annual output of 90,000 tons of biomass briquettes. The main project and product plan of this project are shown in Table 1-3.

5. Biomass pellet production process:
(1) Crushed raw materials
Put the straw (including wood processing residues such as branches) into the crusher for crushing treatment.
(2) Screening
According to requirements, the crushed biomass is sieved according to size.
(3) Drying
The drying process is mainly to remove excess moisture in the biomass. The heat source of the drying section is mainly biomass gas produced by the small biomass gasifier in the biomass gas stove system. The biomass gas combustion hot air directly contacts the material. Heating and drying. When the drying yard of biomass raw materials (agricultural and forestry wastes such as straws or branches) is large enough, the drying method should be adopted to remove the biomass moisture as much as possible; when the moisture content of the biomass raw materials is less than 20%, the drying is based on the principle of energy saving and environmental protection. The dry process does not start.
Rotary Drum Drying machine
Purchase wood with a moisture content of 30%-40%, and directly dry it to reduce the moisture to below 20%. The heat source of the drying section is mainly biomass produced by a small biomass gasifier in the biomass gas furnace system. Combustion of gas, biomass gas and hot air directly contact the material for heating and drying. When the drying yard of biomass raw materials (agricultural and forestry wastes such as straws or branches) is large enough, the drying method should be adopted to remove the biomass moisture as much as possible; when the moisture content of the biomass raw materials is less than 20%, the drying is based on the principle of energy saving and environmental protection. The dry process does not start.
(4) Cooling
Pass the dried straw through a cooler to cool to room temperature.
(5) Mixed granulation
According to requirements, mix straws and other raw materials with binders. The raw materials are made into pellets through a biomass pellet machine.

(6) Drying and cooling
The moisture in the biomass particles is removed, and the room temperature cooling treatment is performed.
(7) Screening
The finished biomass pellets of different sizes are screened and packaged and sold separately.
