Because of its good water absorption, cat litter is widely used in pet shack litter to keep pet shack dry and hygienic, and has a broad market prospect. In order to meet market demand, the client invested 150 million RMB to build a new tofu cat litter plant with an annual output of 80,000 tons, using soybean fiber, corn flour, walnut wood, and water as raw materials, through ingredients, mixing, granulating, and drying , Screening, packaging and other processes. After completion, it will produce 40,000 tons of tofu cat litter and 40,000 tons of plant cat litter.

1. Tofu Cat Litter and Plant Cat Litter Pellet Production Line Project Content
The project will construct 1# production workshop (with office area and warehouse), 2# production workshop (with office area) and 3# production workshop. The project has 1 cat litter production line in 1# production workshop and 2# production workshop respectively, and 2 cat litter production lines in 3# production workshop. A total of 4 new cat litter production lines are built in the project, and the production capacity of the 4 production lines is the same. Please see the specific construction content Table 1.

5. Process flow of Tofu Cat Litter and Plant Cat Litter Pellet Production Line

The project uses soybean fiber, walnut wood, corn flour, water, etc. as the main raw materials to produce cat litter through batching, mixing, granulating, drying, screening, and packaging. After the project is completed, it will produce 40,000 tons of tofu cat litter and 40,000 tons of plant cat litter.
The production process of tofu cat litter is the same as that of plant cat litter, only the ratio of raw materials is different. This project has a total of 4 production lines, 4 production lines with the same production process and capacity. Each of the three workshops is equipped with an exhaust tube (1# production workshop exhaust tube P1, 2# production workshop exhaust tube P2, 3# production workshop exhaust tube P3). (1) Material storage
The raw materials of the project are soybean fiber, corn starch, and walnut wood in bags, all of which are purchased. The raw material truck is a closed transportation vehicle, which will be stored directly after entering the factory.
(2) Feeding, batching and mixing
The raw materials are transported to the workshop by the human material trolley, and they are manually put into the feed opening of the elevator in the batching room. The weight of the materials is automatically measured, and the materials are conveyed to the mixer by the enclosed screw elevator. Water is added in proportion, and the materials are fully mixed and the mixing is confidential. Particulate matter is generated in the manual feeding process. An air collecting hood is arranged above the three sides of the feeding place. The dust-containing waste gas generated during the batching and feeding process is collected by the air collecting hood and processed by the bag filter, and finally exhausted by a 15m high exhaust The cylinder (P1) is discharged.
The main pollution source in this process is the waste gas generated during the feeding process, and the main pollution factor is particulate matter; the noise pollution source is mainly equipment operation noise.
(3) Granulation
The uniformly mixed wet material is transported to the granulator by the closed elevator. The steam enters the granulator through the pipeline and directly contacts the material for granulation. The granulation is confidential and the steam does not overflow. The wet material is squeezed in the granulator. Segment products are cut out by the ring holes.

(4) Drying
The finished product of granulation is conveyed to the drying bin by the airtight conveyor belt, and dried by steam heating. The drying bin is airtight. There is an induced draft fan in the drying bin. The fan is connected to a pulse-type bag filter. Hard and strong. After the particulate matter generated during the drying process is processed by the bag filter, it is discharged with an exhaust cylinder (P1) shared with the processed particulate matter.

(5) Screening
After the material is dried, it becomes a large particle product. The dried product is transported to a vibrating screen by a conveyor belt for screening. According to product requirements, product particles with a particle size of <5mm are unqualified products and are screened through the screening process. In addition, unqualified products are collected and reused for production. The materials move with the vibration of the vibrating screen into the packaging process. After the particles produced in the screening process are processed by the bag filter, they share an exhaust cylinder (P1) with the processed feeding and drying particles.
The main pollution source in this process is the waste gas generated during the screening process, and the main pollution factor is particulate matter; the noise pollution source is mainly equipment operation noise; the solid waste pollution source is mainly substandard products.
(6) Packaging
The materials are sent into the packaging machine in equal amounts along with the vibration, and the packaging machine automatically bagging and sealing. After the bagging is completed, the products are waiting for sale.
The main source of pollution in this process is the operating noise of the packaging machine.
