Using organic waste such as cow dung and straw to produce bio-organic fertilizer can completely solve the problems of environmental pollution and soil degradation caused by excessive application of chemical fertilizers. 1. Raw Materials of Bio-organic Fertilizer Production Line

(1) Agricultural waste: straw, dregs of beans, cotton dregs, rice bran, etc.

(2) Animal manure: mixture of poultry litter and animal waste, such as the wastes of slaughterhouse, fish market, urine and dung of cattle, pigs, sheep, chicken, ducks, geese, goat, etc.

(3)Industrial waste: wine lees, vinegar residue, manioc waste, sugar scum, furfural residue, etc.

(4)Home scrap: food waste, the roots and leaves of vegetables, etc.5. Sludge: the sludge of the river, sewer, etc.

2. Process Flow Chart of Organic Fertilizer Production Line During Operation Period

(1) Raw material stacking: The main raw materials of this project are cow dung, straw meal, biological fermentation bacteria (mainly composed of high temperature actinomycetes, nitrogen-fixing bacteria, phosphorus solubilizing bacteria, potassium solubilizing bacteria, yeasts, etc., as well as a variety of bacteria that are beneficial to plants. The composition of the flora can withstand high temperatures of 80-100 ℃, and rapidly decompose fermented cow dung, litter and other breeding wastes at this high temperature. The cow dung is transported to the raw material through the existing semi-closed manure conveying tank of the farm The stacking area is stacked.

When feeding, the amount of straw powder needs to be adjusted according to the moisture content of the cow dung every day to achieve the material moisture content required for high-temperature fermentation. Raw materials such as cow dung (about 9 tons per day) and straw powder needed for production are stacked in the raw material storage area of ​​the project area. Among them, the moisture content of cow dung is about 65%-70%. A small amount of leachate will be generated when the cow dung is stacked. Therefore, a leachate collection tank is set up in the cow dung stacking area, and the cow dung is sprayed back when feeding the closed fermentation machine. Airtight fermentation will heat up and evaporate without being discharged. The main pollution in this process is odor.

(2) Closed fermentation machine fermentation: using the production principle of rapid fermentation of high-temperature closed active bacteria, the cow dung, straw and fungus are mixed uniformly in a certain proportion, so that the moisture content reaches the design requirement of 60-65%, and then passes through the feed conveyor Put it into a closed fermentation tank, add active bacteria, and use electric heating to quickly increase the temperature in the tank to 80-100 degrees. Through continuous stirring, secondary turning and throwing, powerful aeration system, complete fermentation, etc., the organic Harmful microorganisms, pathogens and eggs in the waste. Finally, it is transformed into a green and safe organic fertilizer that can improve the soil and increase the yield of crops. The main pollution in this process is odor.

(3) Screening: After the high-temperature fermentation is completed, it is conveyed to the screening machine through the discharge conveyor for screening treatment. The bulk materials on the screen are collected as raw materials for closed fermentation, and the materials under the screen are sent to the bulk material stack through the belt conveyor. Zone, the moisture content of the material in this process is about 40%. The main pollution in this process is noise and unorganized dust.

(4) Bulk material stacking: the screened materials are transported to the bulk material stacking area through the screening conveyor for 3-5 days of natural air drying. During the stacking and air drying process, the materials are turned over by machinery. The main pollution in this process is mechanical noise and unorganized dust.

(5) Finished product packing area: The finished products after air-drying are stacked in the finished product area, and can be sold in bulk or packaged as needed. The main pollution in this process is noise from the baler and waste packaging materials.

After understanding the entire organic fertilizer process, we also need to know the construction of organic fertilizer raw materials, organic fertilizer machinery and equipment and organic fertilizer production lines. Since this project does not produce organic fertilizer pellets, the production equipment does not include organic fertilizer pellet machines.

3. Project Content and Scale of the Organic Fertilizer Production Line Project

The project covers a total area of ​​1000m2 and the total construction area of ​​the project is 800m2. The main buildings include: 1 production workshop (including raw material storage area and high temperature fermentation area, screening area, bulk material storage area, and finished product area). Build an organic fertilizer production line with an annual output of 1,500 tons.

The land used for this project belongs to the existing composting farm of the breeding farm. The current composting farm is a semi-enclosed steel-framed greenhouse. The ground is hardened with cement to prevent seepage, and surrounded by stone masonry walls with a height of 2 meters. The new plant of the project needs to dismantle and build the existing composting yard, and arrange and install related equipment according to the technological process and requirements. There is no office and living area in the project area, and the specific project content is shown in Table 1-1.

4. Raw and Auxiliary Materials for the Organic Fertilizer Production Line Project

After the completion of the project, the annual output of ordinary organic fertilizer is 1,500 tons. The raw materials used in this project are mainly cow dung, straw, biological fermentation inoculants, etc. The project only uses cow dung from farms and does not use farm wastewater such as cow urine. The source of raw materials is sufficient to fully guarantee the operation of the project. The main raw and auxiliary materials and energy consumption are shown in Table 1-3.

5. Product Scheme of Organic Fertilizer Production Line Project

This project adopts the production principle of rapid fermentation of high-temperature closed active bacteria. Put organic waste such as cow dung and straw into a closed fermentation tank, add active bacteria, and use electric heating to quickly increase the temperature in the tank to 80-100 degrees. Eliminate harmful microorganisms, pathogens and insect eggs in organic waste through continuous stirring, secondary turning and throwing, powerful aeration system, and complete fermentation. Finally, it is transformed into a green and safe organic fertilizer that can improve the soil and increase the yield of crops.
