1. Chaff Pellet Production Line Project Product Plan
The project will produce 20,000 tons of shaped biomass pellets and 10,000 tons of chaff annually. The specific product plan is shown in Table 3.

4. Production Process
Introduction to the production process of biomass pellets:
The process of this project has strict requirements on the moisture content of raw materials. According to the information provided by the construction unit, the moisture content of the raw materials purchased in this project is less than 12%, and the moisture content of the finished product is not higher than 5%.
①Raw materials
The raw materials are stored in the raw material warehouse, and the raw materials are transported through the airtight duct, and loading and unloading dust will be generated in the raw material warehouse.
② Lifting by hoist
The materials transported by the air duct are lifted to the next process through the hoist, and dust will be generated in this process.
③Dust removal by dust collector
The material lifted by the hoist is dusted by the dust collector and then transported to the raw material hopper. Dust will be generated in this process.
④Granulation machine granulation
The material in the raw material hopper is transported to the feed inlet of the rice husk pellet mill due to the action of the center of gravity. Under the conditions of high temperature and high pressure, the water vapor is discharged to the atmosphere through the pipeline in the form of water vapor, and the water vapor is condensed into liquid water through the pipeline and discharged to the septic In the tank, the raw materials are compressed into shaped biomass particles, which are transported to the next process by a belt conveyor. Electric heating is used in the granulation process. This process generates dust.
⑤Conveyor belt
After being processed by the pelletizer, the formed biomass particles fall from the discharge port to the sealed belt conveyor, and are transported to the elevator by the sealed belt conveyor. This process generates dust.
⑥ Lifting and cooling of hoist
The elevator lifts and conveys the formed biomass particles to the raw material hopper, and adopts air cooling during the conveying process. The front cooling process is closed and uses electric energy. This process generates dust.
⑦The finished product is bagged and stored
After cooling, the formed biomass particles are temporarily stored in the finished product hopper, and some finished products are bagged and sealed in the finished product warehouse. This process generates dust.
Production Process
①Raw materials
The raw materials are stored in the raw material warehouse, and the raw materials are transported through the airtight duct, and the storage yard dust will be generated in the raw material warehouse.
② Lifting by hoist
The materials transported by the air duct are lifted to the next process through the hoist, and dust will be generated in this process.
③Pulse dust collector
The material lifted by the hoist is dedusted by the pulse dust collector and then transported to the raw material hopper. This process will generate dust.
④Crushing by crusher
The material in the raw material hopper is transported to the feed inlet of the crusher due to the center of gravity. Under the condition of high temperature and high pressure,
The water vapor is discharged to the atmosphere through pipelines in the form of water vapor. The water vapor is condensed into liquid water through the pipeline and discharged to the septic tank. The raw materials are compressed into molded bran and transported to the next process by a belt conveyor. The crushing process uses electric heating. This process generates dust.
⑤Conveyor belt
After being processed by the rice husk pellet mill, the chaff falls from the discharge port to the belt conveyor, and is conveyed by the belt conveyor to the hoist. This process generates dust.
⑥ Lifting machine
The hoist will lift the chaff to the raw material hopper to use electric energy. This process generates dust.
⑦The finished product is bagged and stored
The formed chaff is temporarily stored in the finished product bucket, and some finished products are stored in the finished product warehouse after bagging and sealing. This process generates dust.
⑧SaleThe finished product is sold out.
The entire production process of the project is completed on a closed assembly line, and the belt conveyor process is open. This project is equipped with 2 belt conveyors, one is used to evenly distribute the formed biomass particles in the finished product bucket. One is used to evenly distribute the chaff in the finished product bucket.
