Wood pellets are biomass fuels with high calorific value, which are produced and used in many countries. Wood Chipper Section: drum wood chipper and disc wood chipper are common. The slicer can process wood below 30cm into small wooden blocks of 4-5cm. If logs with a diameter of more than 30cm need to be split with a wood splitter, we can also provide this equipment.

Hammer mill Section: the crushing section is to crush these 4-5cm small wooden blocks into 3-4mm sawdust, which is convenient for pelleting. Common hammer mills are sfsp wood hammer mill and straw crusher

Drying Section: to dry materials and remove the moisture from 50% to 15-17%. I common drying equipment is rotary drum drying machine.

Pelletizing Section: these wood chips are pressed into pellets. According to european standards, the general pellet size is 6.0mm, 8.0mm, and 10.0mm

Packing Section: after the pellets are made, the temperature of the pellets is about 80°c. There is no way to pack them immediately. Cooling equipment is required to cool to room temperature.

Cooling Section: after cooling the particles, a few broken particles are screened out, and the finished particles enter the packing scale for packing
