1. The overall plan of the wood pellet machine production line: The plant covers an area of 5121 square meters, with a building area of 2088 square meters, including a production workshop area of 1044 square meters, a raw material warehouse of 500 square meters, and a finished product warehouse of 500 square meters. The planned design is 2 MZLH768 wood pellet machine. The investment of machinery and equipment is about ￥2 million.

2. Process flow description: In order to make full use of local raw materials.

A. Raw material cleaning production line: The waste shavings, wood, and bark produced by the furniture factory or wood factory pass through a special raw material conveyor, and then enter the raw material cleaning sieve after iron removal, remove large chunks, rope ends, etc., and then remove iron by strong magnet Quality, steel, etc., and transported to the warehouse to be pelletized.

B. Granulation workshop: The raw materials that meet the moisture requirements are transported by the fan into a dedicated granulation warehouse for granulation.

3. The granulated material passes through a belt conveyor to the cooler. After the material is cooled, it is sent to the grading screen by the belt conveyor for classification. The wood particles that meet the requirements enter the finished product warehouse, and the powder material enters the raw material warehouse from the recycling system for re-granulation.

B. The granulating system adopts a broken arch silo, and the feeding blade can feed the material into the granulator, which reduces the arching phenomenon and ensures the uniform production of the granulator.

C. The entire production line basically realizes the packaging and sealing from the raw material to the pellets, and realizes automation, which greatly reduces the labor input. The production line of this wood pellet machine will produce 5-6 tons of wood pellets with a diameter of 8-10 mm per hour, 20,000 tons of high-quality wood pellets per year in double shifts, 5 employees per shift, and annual sales of ￥20 million .
